We made it to Meredith…woo hoo…which is a little town in the lakes region of NH. We rented a lake house for 2 wonderful weeks. A trip to Meredith is not complete without a trip to the Town Docks for a lobstah roll (NE speak). I asked for a pina colada and it was served up in a half pineapple. It was okay but this is not a Carribean town…so they have some work to do on it. We spent the rest of the time at home and took it easy…oh News Flash…the blog is coming…so keep an eye out for adventures-with-Tom.com. I’m putting the finishing touches and it should be up and running in no time. I can’ wait to share with you the Castle in the Clouds and getting “lost” in the woods…a real Blair Witch stuff.
